Abstract: In this paper, we examine the effects of size and diversification on commercial bank performance in Korea and Singapore. Dimensions of performance measured are profitability, operational efficiency and operating cash flows. We also examine if there is correlation between size and diversification respectively with risks assumed by commercial banks.
