Abstract: This is a study on the types of stressor and the effects experienced by the engineers from different specialisation. Organisational health is used as a mediating variable on the relationship between stressor and the stress outcomes as well as the relationship between engineering specialisation and stressor. Recommendations to alleviate stress are provided.
