Abstract: Delivery of information and services by Singapore's public sector through the Internet has been in place since the mid 1990s. Significant progress has been achieved and the government looks set to achieve delivery of most critical public services over the Internet by 2001. This study details analysis of government agencies websites, interviews with government agencies and Interview with IDA to gain insights into the Government's Internet Functions.
