Abstract: This report seeks to determine the impact of ISO 9000 certification on training and development activities. Random sampling was used to measure its impact on companies that were certified for at least three years. The samples were divided into two categories- manufacturing vs non-manufacturing. Results revealed that ISO 9000 does impact training and development activities for manufacturing companies as opposed to that found for non-manufacturing companies.
