Abstract

A study on how various factors would affect the types of mandates that would be passed down to subsidiaries or regional headquarters of Multinational Enterprises located in Singapore. the study also covers the variables that MNEs deemed important in choosing Singapore for the location of their subsidiaries as well as their investments.
