Abstract: This study examines the use of selected Human Resource Development (HRD) interventions on the effectiveness of International Technology Transfer in Singapore-based MNCs originating from Japan, Germany and US. The influence of absorptive capacity, organizational culture and few other organizational variables such as Training and Development and Organization Development are also examined on effectiveness of technology transfer.
