Abstract: Singapore has developed a world-class Meetings, Incentive, Convention and Exhibitions (MICE) industry infrastructure. Questions remain about the training of local talents with special expertise to manage this industry in future. This report will identify needs for human capital in the industry and examine the sufficiency of Singapore’s MICE education opportunities.
