Association of budget-related behaviour and performance under the context of an analyser environment.

Abstract

This research aims to establish the existence of a relationship between budget-related behaviour (BRB) and performance. The effects of the moderating factor -- analyser business strategy -- is captured in this relationship. The study is done on the BRBs shown by various managers who responded to a survey. The results of the research reflect upon the different BRBs that managers in an analyser environment can emphasise on in order to achieve a higher level of performance.
