Abstract: The opening of Myanmar's door brought in an influx of investments from all parts of the world, including Singapore.However, these investors may encounter difficulties as they interact with their Myanmar employees due to differences in cultures. This research is carried out to enable Singapore expatriates a better management of Myanmar employees. Brief illustrations on the cultures of Singapore and Myanmar are first provided. Using Jones' research as a basis, we constructed and tested our hypotheses.
