Abstract: This research analyzes the ability of cultural values in influencing individual’s perception and their allocation decisions in maintaining distributive justice in an organizational setting. We also examine how this preference affects individuals’ decisions in allocating bonus in a group and effects of high task interdependence under three social contexts.
