Abstract

The essence of this report is to study and understand consumers’ perception of the local telecommunications industry after liberalisation, specifically in the handphone arena. With SH entering the industry competing against ST and M1 hoping to gain a slice of the pie, it would be an interesting time to observe handphone users’ perceptions of the 3 HSPs.
