Abstract: Teens in Singapore are exploring sex and their sexual identities at increasingly younger ages. In 2002, a BBC survey showed that nearly one in five Singaporeans aged 13 – 18 has had sex, a sharp increase from a mere 3.4 percent in 1999. Latest figures are not available but experts expect the uptrend to have continued.
