Abstract: This study aims to explore the technical and behavioural impact of electronic money in the age of electronic commerce. The overall effect of non-cash payment systems on service quality is also examined. This project uses a modified form of the conceptual model of service quality (SERVQUAL) that is developed by Parasuraman, Zeithaml and Berry (1985) to understand, measure and improve service quality of payment systems.
