Abstract: The aim of this project is to develop an online marketing presence for a SME, Training Team Pte Ltd. It covers the development of an e-business applying the Electronic Business Value framework. With the Customer Relationship Life Cycle, customers’ on-line information needs were surveyed and a useful website was created.
