Changing phases

Abstract

Includes Appendices: 1 Feature Writing. “Changing Phases” is a final-year illustrated feature project collaboratively carried out by three ambitious journalism students from the Nanyang Technological University’s Wee Kim Wee School of Information and Communication. Since last September, we have travelled extensively to all the Southeast Asian countries in the region. The journey has been an immensely rewarding one. We explored, through personal experience and a keen open eye, the impact of modernisation on Southeast Asian youth, including ourselves. We roughed it out in our own backyard and worked intensively with a very wide cross segment of society.
