Abstract: This research studied International Construction Joint Venture (ICJV) strategies in pre-project stages, that is, the partner selection and configuration of JV. The purpose is to provide a framework for multinational companies (MNCs) when they enter into the construction market in developing countries, so as to improve the performance of the ICJV.
