Authors: Lum, Kit Meng.

Issue Date: 2002
Abstract: Two main analyses were carried out for each of the experimental design studies. The first was the logistic modeling of the decision-making of drivers at the onset of amber with traffic and behavioural variables. The second was quantifying the effects of RLC on red running, amber crossing and red stopping, including approach speeds.
