Abstract: Reuse and recycling of construction solid waste is far from widespread or well developed. The author intended to discuss construction and demolition waste (C&D waste) generation, composition, as well as the practical and possible waste management focused on the minimization of C&D waste in the report. Besides, developing a C&D waste management plan and establishing a C&D waste minimization program were introduced and recommended to local contractors.
