Title: Effects of stressed loadings on biogranulation in upflow anaerobic sludge blanket reactors
Authors: Yang, Limei
Keywords: DRNTU::Engineering::Environmental engineering::Water treatment
Issue Date: 2002
Abstract: Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket (UASB) reactor has been successfully applied to the treatment of a variety of industrial wastewaters. Development of active and highly settleable biogranules is one of the key factors for satisfactory UASB process stability and performance. A major drawback of this process, however, is the long start-up time required.
