Title: Removal and prevention of humic acid fouling on ultrafiltration membrane
Authors: Fang, Haijun
Keywords: DRNTU::Engineering::Environmental engineering::Water treatment
Issue Date: 2004
Abstract: The study focused on the effects of wastewater chemistry and operating parameters, on UF membrane performance including permeate flux and rejection. The relevant water chemistry parameters were humic acid concentration, pH and cation concentration while key operation parameters were transmembrane pressure (TMP), flow rate, PCO reaction conditions, and gas sparging.
