dc.description.abstract | Today, we are in the midst of a revolution in mobile communications [1]. Worldwide development in wireless communications is causing tremendous demand for new radio frequency (RF) band allocations and for additional capacity. Although the existing cellular systems have high capacity and high quality, even higher capacity is needed to meet the large number of potential users. Facing this realistic situation, the scheme of Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) was developed mainly to increase the capacity of digital cellular systems [2][3]. | en_US |
