Abstract: This dissertation describes a Power Analysis software tool, named PASUM, which was developed using MATLAB. The purpose of the tool is to provide a detailed and accurate harmonic analysis of AC waveforms. It also provides useful time domain information about the waveform. The waveforms can be from a single piece of equipment such as a motor or from the main supply feed of a building.
