Abstract: A high speed and precision rapid prototyping (RP) system, Stepless Rapid Prototyping System (SRP), is being developed in the School of Mechanical and Production Engineering, Nanyang Technological University. This system consists of a 5-axis NC system with a high-speed micro-milling system, a material deposition system, and a 3D modeling software.
