dc.description.abstractThis dissertation discusses the integration and use of various computer technologies to enhance the efficiency of robotics programming. A low cost PC-based robotics programming tool is developed to relieve the users as far as possible from learning a robot programming language. The programming tool provides a natural and intuitive user interface which allows the users to define parameters for statements and procedure calls within dialog boxes.en_US
