The critical success factors for successful BPR were emphasized. A reengineered enterprise is process-focused to add-value to its customers. The technique of Object Oriented Business Process Engineering (OOBPR) involves building ideal and object models using object-oriented technology. OOBPR is suitable to model complex semiconductor enterprises due to its good scalability, seamless integration with supporting IT systems and adaptability to changes. Building models are useful methods to simplify complex enterprise organizations to show their static and dynamic structures. The key technical elements of object-oriented modeling were introduced. The technique of building and applying use-cases and interaction diagrams were illustrated.
