Abstract: A redox-responsive supramolecular nanocarrier was constructed from the self-assembly of spermine modified cyclodextrin and oxaliplatin prodrug. The nanocarrier could preferentially accumulate in polyamine transporter over-expressing HCT116 cells, releasing drugs under a reducing intracellular environment to maximize anticancer treatment.
