Title: | Automation agent (II) | Authors: | Htet, Htet Chit | Keywords: | Engineering::Computer science and engineering | Issue Date: | 2020 | Publisher: | Nanyang Technological University | Project: | PSCSE18-0041 | Abstract: | All the big organizations are trying to automate their manual processes or procedures to improve their performance and reduce cost in meeting customer demand. Company X is one of the global companies and has one headquarter in Singapore. Because of the noticeable benefits of automation for the long term, Company X approached the NTU team for help in automating their manual process and building an automated internal system. This project studies the techniques to transform the client's business manual processes digitally by using automation technology. We focus on creating web applications with automated workflows and automated features on some suggested tasks. Under the research collaboration agreement with Company X, our team focus on creating a fully functional prototype with limited test data. "Company X" is used as a pronoun for the client name in this document to protect the client information. | URI: | https://hdl.handle.net/10356/138121 | Fulltext Permission: | restricted | Fulltext Availability: | With Fulltext |
