The aim of this project is to create a stop motion animated film with entertainment value. Production management is a key role through the entire pre-production, production and post production processes of the project to ensure the aim of the project is met within deadlines and restrictions. The project, being a stop motion fictional documentary set in a local context, also requires coordination in other aspects such as financial, material and talent management. The success of this project was heavily reliant on the team members involved. Digital Animation; Stop-motion Animation.en_US
