Abstract: Reducing RCS is mainly relevant many militaries in the world as they seek to improve their stealth technology. There have been many methods that are created to reduce RCS, however these various methods have their limitations. Therefore, to solve these limitations researchers have proposed using metamaterials to reduce RCS. There are multiple ways to using metmaterials to reduce RCS and coding metamaterials is a relative new method and it makes uses of the binary numbers “1” and “0”. This projects seeks to discover the way how to use various theories to design and create a metasurface to reduce RCS using this binary bits.
