Title: | Characterization of transferred carbon nanotubes for sensor application | Authors: | Chang, Kuo Han | Keywords: | Engineering::Electrical and electronic engineering | Issue Date: | 2020 | Publisher: | Nanyang Technological University | Project: | A2197-191 | Abstract: | Carbon Nanotubes (CNTs) has been well-known for its unique physical properties such as high thermal conductivity, mechanical and electrical property. These excellent properties have gathered interest in the integration of carbon nanotubes in electronic devices. Although there has been the successful development of vertically aligned carbon nanotubes (VACNTs) for flexible sensors, there is a lack of a standard characterization system to examine the VACNT sensor devices. This project aims to develop a dynamic measurement system for sensor application. LabView will be used to develop a customized measurement program with a data acquisition unit and a source meter. The customized measurement program will be optimized base on the requirement of functionality. The functionality of the program will be examined by resistors. The characterization process for VACNTs array sensor is done by dynamic measurement system and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). | URI: | https://hdl.handle.net/10356/138727 | Schools: | School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering | Fulltext Permission: | restricted | Fulltext Availability: | With Fulltext |
