Event Planning has always been a troublesome task. From budgeting to executing, organizers must plan and record everything, either physically or digitally. There are many available tools that can aid them in planning of their event. However, these tools do not appear solely on one site. Usually, organizers would h ave to open a few tabs to get their task done ; different sites for different functions. For example, Slack for team conversions, Eventbrite for attendee list, Trello for project management, so on and so forth. This new Smart Event Organizer aims to put all these components together for a more efficient event planning and execution process. The MERN Stack was used to create this Web Application, or Database Management System, if you will. Details regarding events will be stored into the database and displayed to any individual that owns an account with in the company. Overall, consolidating these functions together in a single application can make event planning much simpler. However, media tools such as video maker and audio mixer must be manually coded to raise the applications standards. Marketing tools can be better improved upon with more knowledge on the Facebook API. The Smart Event Organizer fulfilled its purpose in easing the process of event planning with its current features.en_US
