Abstract: This report covers the design project oftwounique plate designstargeted for use athawker centres in Singapore. The project aims to reduce the consumption of oil for the hawker diners,thereby reducingtheirtotal intake of calories, in hope ofreduced the risk of obesitywhich is the key factor of many diseases in Singapore. The research highlights different experiments and tests done by various scholars, as well as existing products done byother countries to tacklethe same problem. Thisreport also covers all the experiments done to make surethe design works in the most effective waypossible.
