Abstract: This report is written to showcase the process of forming the DC-DC interleaved Boost converter that the author has researched and achieved in this Final Year Project (FYP) in Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in AY2019/2020. The converter would be used in a Microgrid called the Micro-Power Park that is done by Energy Research Institute @ NTU to achieve a hybrid Microgrid that has smart modular design and adaptive energy management system. This report will be presenting the detailed steps and mathematical formulas used in the process of forming the DC/DC boost converter. This would include the full schematics of the converters used to the small but important details such as the process of choosing the required components size which is then used for simulations to show the results obtained
