Abstract: With so much data being collected around the world today and governments moving towards achieving “open data”, the focus of this project lands on data.gov.sg, the portal for the Singapore Government’s public datasets. To make meaningful conclusions from data, there needs to be analysis and visualisations are a great tool for analysis. This project is thus about creating a webapp for visualising and comparing datasets from data.gov.sg, with a focus of visualising multiple datasets in one single chart, and a pleasant user experience. Modern frameworks are used in developing this webapp, with the pivotal few being React.js, Python Flask, Pandas and ApexCharts.
