Abstract: Globalisation and Human civilisation are the dominating culprits of the constant changes in the global environment. Mortified of the damage and harm we have caused, these myriad of processes that contribute to our global environmental issues include global warming, pollution, global warming, ozone depletion, and depletion of natural resources, alarming waste disposal rates, overpopulation, deforestation and severe losses in biodiversity. The unsustainable usage of earths natural resources accounts for almost all these processes that have high negative impacts on the environment. The rapid growth in our structural demographics and globalisation have inadvertently lead to uncontrolled urbanisation and due to the above mentioned environmental issues, our planet is facing severe environmental crisis. Current environmental problems lead to disasters and tragedies now, will also be the reason of casualties in future and require urgent attention from the responsible authorities/nations to restructure and reframe appropriate laws to overturn and overcome these issues. Not only to giant industrial players but also by raising awareness to individuals to use natural resources in a sustainable manner. Hopefully pushing for innovation development as our saving grace and prevent, or at least slow done the destruction.
