Abstract: This research pertains to the investigation of analyzing a small amount of data exposed in SRAM memory to reconstruct the useful files contents for different file categories. This report records the progress made in imprinting effect analysis for different types of file formats. It documents the entire process from learning literature knowledge to software and hardware. It also includes the improvements made to the process of studying the imprinting effect of different files formats, as well as the development of methods in reconstructing the files content through data analysis. This research establishes the success rate of the calculation model in addition to improving the success rate of the method of reflection. The experiment shows that after 50 hours of stress. Imprinting effect accumulates and the leakage of image, PDF and Word file content is 69.82%, 38.67%, 16.40% respectively. This report shows that by accumulating more sets of data coupled with, timely reading of final power on data, and making non-flipped data prediction, the recovery rate of content restoration can be increased. Finally the reliability of the content of different files format are also evaluated and summarized in this report.
