Abstract: This study examines the organisational factors that are related to commitment and sense of efficacy of those teachers who have taught for at least six years in a school. It examines the relationship between principal leadership and teacher commitment and a sense of efficacy as well. The main purpose is to provide recommendations for the school to restructure its procedures to increase the commitment and sense of efficacy of all teachers in the school.
