In the modern world, we live in, energy consumption is large, and actions are required to prevent depletion of energy. The energy sources used to provide energy today, such as coals, natural gas and oil are depleting rapidly. The renewable energy sources are developed to slow down the process of such energy depletion, however, it is more important to use the energy efficiently. The Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system are widely used all around the globe. The HVAC systems are required in commercial and industrial buildings as well as residential buildings. Energy management of HVAC system is important due to it consuming the highest percentage of electricity among buildings installation and appliances. Even though the HVAC system consumes a large amount of energy, it is an essential system for all buildings. With the limited amount of coal and high energy demand, it is crucial to optimize energy consumption. The HVAC system is observed and improved to be more energy-efficient without compromising its performance for comfort and air quality. The ability to control the air quality improve efficiency and reduces the cost for maintenance. The accuracy of air balancing is the critical parameter being looked at in this project to better improve the HVAC system. Accurate air flow measurement is the basis of any control system with the use of smart control techniques. The experiment is conducted and results obtained will be analysed to achieve optimal energy consumption.en_US
