Narco-terrorism and the war on drugs: forging a unified strategy for victory.

Abstract

This paper will develop the thesis that today's global response on the war on terror and the strangulation of terrorist finances from front organizations, charities, revolutionary taxes, freezing and seizure of bank accounts, will lead to terrorist organization to find new sources or revert to traditional sources of obtaining quick money to fund their organizations.
