Abstract

the objective of the paper is to assess the impact of globalization on Malaysian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), whether they are thriving or declining with the new global era. This essay argues that SMEs are adversely affected in the area of financing or capital due to existing political and financial structures in Malaysia, coupled with the changes resulted from globalization.
