The working principles and the development of microfluidics technology over time are inherently covered and reviewed in the report. The purpose of this project is to develop an image processing algorithm for use in microparticle manipulation applications. An experiment setup is laid out based on an existing mode of microfluidics i.e. standing surface acoustic wave (SSAW).
