This report shows the design and development of web application for Peer Tutoring Scheme (PTS) in Nanyang Technological University (NTU) School of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE). Many students in various local institute are usually in favorable position when they are friends with the seniors. These seniors often provide heads-up on the course curriculums and together with the students, they form discussions groups prior examinations. Although professors are available for appointments to clear and clarify the students’ doubts during office hours, these students may be occupied with tasks which reframed them from doing so. Understanding students and tutors’ experiences provide guidance to the planning of the web application for PTS. The current operation of PTS in NTU EEE is discussed and the results of this web application bears the potential to benefit the recruitment of student tutors, registration of students and other preparations for students who needs support in their academics.en_US
