Title: | Intelligent elderly assisted living system sensors | Authors: | Mohamad Yunos Amran Mohamad Yazid | Keywords: | Engineering::Electrical and electronic engineering::Wireless communication systems | Issue Date: | 2020 | Publisher: | Nanyang Technological University | Project: | A3314-192 | Abstract: | Technology is used in our everyday life and most common technology use is Global Positioning System (GPS) which play an important part in our daily life for most people who use it. However, GPS has some limitation for indoors infrastructure. There are others way to track your positioning indoor which is to use Indoor Position System (IPS). IPS uses real-time location systems (RTLS) to locate the users and there are many different technologies that can use indoor such as Proximity based systems, Wi-Fi based systems, Ultra-Wide band systems, Acoustic systems and Infrared systems. Researching in different technologies that can suit the needs for this project. | URI: | https://hdl.handle.net/10356/145310 | Schools: | School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering | Fulltext Permission: | restricted | Fulltext Availability: | With Fulltext |
