研究自2012年以来北京空气污染问题及其可持续发展进展 = A study of Beijing’s air pollution issue since 2012 and its progress towards sustainable development

Abstract

本文将以北京为例探讨中国空气污染问题的发展作为论文的中心。随着中国经济迅速发展，空气污染问题成为一个持久未解决的事情。近年来，中国开始采取政策与措施来解决问题，其中是2013年发布的《大气污染防治行动计划》。另外，随着人们日益关注全球气候变化，全球正朝着可持续发展方向发展以及解决问题。因此，笔者将以探讨中国自2012年以来对空气污染问题的态度转变及计划，分析《大气污染防治行动计划》的影响，然后探讨对于可持续发展的进展。最后，针对当前的新计划与情况来探讨该问题的未来走向与挑战。This paper focuses on Beijing as an example to discuss the development of air pollution in China. With the rapid development of China's economy, air pollution has become a persistent problem. In recent years, China has begun to take policies and measures to solve the problem, including the Air Pollution Prevention and Control Action Plan (APPCAP) issued in 2013. At the same time, with people paying more and more attention to global climate change, the world is shifting towards sustainable development in problem-solving. Therefore, this paper will discuss China's attitude change and plans towards air pollution since 2012, analyse APPCAP’s effects and explore its progress towards sustainable development. Lastly, as the effort continues to tackle air pollution, the paper will also discuss and analyse the potential challenges such efforts can face in the future.
