On visualising and analysing Singapore resale public housing data

Abstract

This project investigates the Housing Development Board’s (HDB) public resale housing data by performing analysis and creating a visualisation platform to exemplify the trends and rationale of the HDB resale flat prices. As Singapore HDB resale housing is a complex and constantly changing market, there is a need to understand and analyse various factors and their impacts on the pricing of the HDB flats and present this information in a way that is intuitive and easy to understand for potential buyers, interested analysts and investors.
