Abstract: Sentiment analysis is a process to classify emotions from a piece of text. It is extremely useful for reviews/ comments monitoring as it allows us to obtain the ability to recognize people's opinion by segregating feedback into positive and negative. This could help organizations to produce better solutions. I will present how to do sentiment analysis with deep learning techniques on hotel reviews on webs such as TripAdvisor.
