In this project, the author will carry out both fundamental study and practical application of different motors for the line winder. The considering parameters include the speed, ease of use, size and cost of the winder. The project also involved the setting up of an automatic electric reel line winder that is use for winding a line on a spool or a reel with a rotatable handle. The author will automate the whole electrical line winder machine so that minimum human intervention is necessary while at the same time keep the cost of the setup reasonable. The design of the setup is such that any size of spool can be loaded into the setup for the application.
