Title: | Whole-sky imaging | Authors: | Toh, Eugene Ying Cong | Keywords: | Engineering::Electrical and electronic engineering | Issue Date: | 2021 | Publisher: | Nanyang Technological University | Source: | Toh, E. Y. C. (2021). Whole-sky imaging. Final Year Project (FYP), Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. https://hdl.handle.net/10356/149018 | Abstract: | The aim of this project is to configure and produce whole-sky imagers based on the WAHRSIS 6 as well as to perform image processing to perform cloud movement prediction. This report provides documentation regarding the configuration of the whole-sky imagers and the methods and results from image processing. This report will consist of five parts, beginning with an introduction of whole sky imagers and the WAHRSIS 6 and the objective of the project. The next section will describe the hardware and software components, followed by an explanation of the methods and steps in configuring the software. Next, the results of the captured images and image processing for cloud analysis will be shown and evaluated and ending with a conclusion of the project. | URI: | https://hdl.handle.net/10356/149018 | Fulltext Permission: | restricted | Fulltext Availability: | With Fulltext |
