Abstract: Cesium Lead Halide, CsPbX3 (X= Br, Cl, I) perovskites are widely studied and produced because of their tuneable wavelength and high photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY). However, because of its poor stability, the practical applications of CsPbX3 perovskite quantum dots (PQDs) are restricted. In this study, the ligand assisted reprecipitation (LARP) method was used to synthesize the CsPbX3 perovskite nanocrystals. To further boost stability, the synthesis process was studied. The stability has been greatly improved by varying the chemical content and technique of synthesis. Higher stability in humid air and improved stability against thermal and UV exposure were shown by the PQDs.
