Abstract: Students face high stress levels in schools due to their workload and deadlines to meet. They manage their stress level with various coping mechanism. Exercising is one of the mechanisms. Exercising is essential for every individual to maintain a healthy body and mind. Promoting an active lifestyle will allow students to better manage their stress levels. The aim of this project is to create a fitness mobile application that centralises fitness facilities and activities within NTU (Fitness Corners, Gyms, Jogging). It also acts as a form of networking platform for students and staff to expand their social network. This project will utilise Expo, React Native, JavaScript, Google Firebase, Google Maps and other libraries.
